Espace Maison & Jardin is aware of its social responsibilities and is happy to contribute to local and national development, particularly in the education sector, in improving the quality of life, in the cultural sector and in environmental matters.
The company has therefore initiated social development projects in the areas around its stores. A study was conducted in September 2006 to look into the needs of the inhabitants of the villages of Pellegrin, Cottage and Tamarin.
Following this, Espace Maison & Jardin took on 7 projects and is currently working with other parties, such as villagers, associations and public bodies, in order to improve living conditions for the inhabitants of these villages.
Each year, Espace Maison & Jardin will invite proposals and will support those that most closely meet the criteria it has established.
