Our B2B professionals also ensure that the business, its products and services evolve at a rate that matches current and prospective client needs. The team is driven by a common passion to meet the customer’s requirements, the department studies projects and needs in order to understand the customer’s quest. Then, they offer the customer advice and tailored solutions The team is also responsible for placing products in hardware stores, supermarkets and to animal professionals. In addition, the team works with hotels where they propose maintenance and cleaning products, decoration accessories, among others. Customers using PRO Department services receive personalized follow-up, advice and a quality aftersales service. The team also offers a B2C service, allowing individuals to contact them for swimming pools, pumps and other products finish. For projects, the PRO Department offers its customers high-end products from prestigious brands like, Colorker (Spain) for ceramics, Duravit (Germany) as well as the essential brand CAE (China). Customers can also select products not referenced in store, because the staff works in close collaboration with foreign suppliers. Shopping centers, PDS, hotels, luxury villas, as well as the new Beau-Vallon shopping center, so many projects to which the Espace Maison PRO Department contributes to.
