Notwithstanding the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”), the terms and conditions relating to subscription to the CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme are exclusive to this programme and are applicable exclusively to subscribing customers, subject to the conditions set out below.

Membership conditions:

The CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme is open to any individuals over the age of 18. At the time of registration, customers must provide their full name, e-mail address, loyalty card number, physical address and telephone number.

The CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme may be subscribed to by anyone meeting the above conditions, whether online at espacemaison.com, by downloading the mobile application or in any physical store.

Use of the Royal Canin offer:

To benefit from the Royal Canin offer, the customer must purchase 10 bags of the same reference within one year of the date of the first purchase.
For example, if you buy a 2 kg bag of FHN Fit 32 (reference: 3182550702201) on 20.06.2023, you must have bought 10 bags of this reference before 20.06.2024 to be eligible for the gift bag.

The customer has the possibility to change Royal Canin products according to the age of his dog.
For example, if during the year the dog changes from the "puppy" category to "maxi junior" or from "maxi junior" to "maxi adult", the offer remains valid. However, the offer will not be applicable if a customer who has subscribed to the "maxi adult" offer requests a "maxi junior" or "puppy" bag as a gift.

Via the mobile application, customers can:

• manage their account.
• track their purchases in real time to know when to get their free bag.

Discount Policy:

By subscribing to the Club Espace Maison programme, customers benefit from the following advantages:
The customer must purchase 10 bags of the same reference within a delay of one year as from the first purchase to qualify for the offer.

This offer is only valid on the general kibble range, with the exception of the following products:

• Wet pouches
• Milk products
• Canned products
• Veterinary range
• Bonus bag: when free kilograms apply.

Subscription:

A customer wishing to subscribe (hereinafter referred to as "subscriber") takes out a subscription for an indefinite period, subject to acceptance of these GTC.
