The Espace Maison warranty

Espace Maison warrants its products according to the supplier's warranty, in terms of period, year, conformity and quality. On your receipt, under the heading "Your Warranty Section", you will find the products on which Espace Maison offers warranties.

In this section of your till receipt, you will find the description of these products, their respective codes, the terms of the warranty and the expiry date of the warranty. You can also find these information via the mobile application under the Warranty section. You can refer to it whenever you want to check the terms of the warranty on a product you have purchased.

In the event of a malfunction or defect in the product, the customer must immediately stop using it and notify the shop's after-sales service (hereinafter the "after-sales service") without delay. It is emphasised that the shop, its supplier or its approved repairer remain the sole decision-makers as to the need to repair or replace the product, as well as whether or not to enforce the warranty.

Warranty exclusions:

Sometimes certain warranties offered by suppliers are not covered in the area where Espace Maison operates. These warranties mainly cover european or international zones. Although products are labelled with warranties, these may not necessarily be applicable. It is important to check on your till receipt to see which warranties are applicable.
