TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN SHOP PURCHASE

Dear customers, Kindly note that Espace Maison Ltee will activate the new return policy in shop on products as from the 4th October 2022
Please find below our new return policy:
1.Espace Maison Ltee will exchange the product, on presentation of your till receipt, within 7 days of date purchase, only if product is free of any wear and tear and if product has a manufacturing defect.
2.Espace Maison Ltee will exchange products after 7 days if there is a manufacturing defect certified by the after sales service .
3.No exchange will be entertained for wrong model, design, color, size, shape, look or any matter pertaining to wrong choice.
4.A credit voucher, equivalent to the purchase value of the defective product, will be given if the product to be exchanged is not available in stock. No Cash Refund.
5.Espace Maison Ltee warrants its products for the same period as specified on your till receipt or by the manufacturer’s warranty. For more information on the warranty conditions, consult our Website www.espacemaison.mu
6.Please keep your till receipt as proof of purchase for the guaranteed period of the product.
7.Products on promotion and/or special offers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
